About Tidy

For over 10 years, Tidy has been delivering cloud-based software to businesses worldwide. With our inventory and project-based management solutions, we empower businesses to unlock their full potential.

Our story

After decades of managing projects, being part of different teams, and running companies that depended on great project performance, we wanted more. We knew that there was a better way to work, but couldn't find anything.

So, in 2010, we changed that. We began designing and building software that's easy to adopt, powerful, secure, and reliable. Since then, we've helped many businesses move forward from the same position we were once in. Now, we're committed to designing solutions that evolve with the needs of our customers.

What we do

We provide powerful, delightfully simple, cloud software to companies worldwide that need to cost, control and deliver projects or manage the stock they process and sell.

Louis, Engineering Science Intern

Heading back to uni, I'll be better at my programming paper for sure. This has given me a lot of experience that will be very useful. It's been invaluable, being introduced to the applications.

What degrees and year levels can apply?

Most of our interns are in their third or fourth year of university. However, we have also second year interns and post-graduate level interns. Most of our interns specialise in software engineering or engineering science, but we also host interns across many other degrees - incuding biomedical engineering, marketing, commerce, industrial and digital design, journalism and more.

What are the internship start/end dates?

We work around your schedule and availability! Internships tend to take place during your university's inter-semester break (July) and/or over summer (late November to early February), but we're pretty flexible. Depending on your internship, you may need to fulfill a certain number of hours overall, but there are no strict start/end dates.

When is the application deadline?

As our internship dates are flexible, so are our application dates. However, we generally start interviewing for July inter-semester break interns in May and early June, so make sure to apply before roles are filled. Similarly, interviews for summer interns typically take place in September. However, if roles are filled before this, we will close applications early. Sometimes we also take interns during the semester, in which case there is no application deadline.

How long does the application process take?

If you already have your CV and cover letter ready to go, it will only take a minute! All you have to do is enter your basic details and attach the appropriate documents on the application form
