We've added a new variable: {{Customer.CreditLimit}} for use in document templates. This allows you to display customer credit limits directly in your documents for better transparency and communication.

Batch Management

There is now a Best Before Date field for batches, improving traceability and compliance.

Go to Company Settings> Sales and purchases and tick Append Best Before Date to Batch Number, making batch identification clearer.

These changes affect how {{SalesLineBatchesString}} appears in packing slips and invoices when batch details are included.
This ensures accurate batch tracking and better customer information on expiry dates.

• Material entries now show an indicator if linked to a rejected Purchase Order, helping teams quickly identify issues.
• Project Code limit extended from 10 to 16 characters, allowing for more detailed project identifiers.
• Added Customer Reference column to the project list (Wide Mode) for improved visibility and client tracking.

• Advanced Filters now include Suggested Supplier, making it easier to find materials by preferred vendors.

• You can now record Weight and Volume for Material Items in Service Orders, supporting more accurate shipping and storage calculations. (Service orders are only available on the Turbo plan and above. If you are on the Essentials plan, there may be a small fee to have this feature turned on).

CSV Imports

• CSV upload is now supported for both Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, enabling faster bulk data entry and reducing manual workload.
