Sale Order Acknowledgements + Project Task Completion Controls

February 28, 2026

  • Sale order acknowledgement on sales: sales screens now include sale order acknowledgement support, allowing teams to record and display acknowledgement information as part of the sale workflow.
  • Sale view controls: advanced company settings now allow administrators to control whether sale views show delivery date and sale order acknowledgement details.
  • Template support for acknowledgements: sale order acknowledgement details are available to document/template logic, supporting customer-facing documents that need to include acknowledgement information.
  • Fixed-price task visibility: Project Console task views now better visualise fixed-price tasks, including tasks that do not have time tracked work.
  • Task completion without TTWs: users can mark tasks complete, or reset task completion, even where there are no time tracked work records attached.
  • Purchase orders from assemblies: purchase orders generated from assemblies now handle tracking categories more reliably and include validation where tracking categories are required.
  • Sale edit performance: sale editing was optimised around journal preparation and accounting-code lookups to reduce timeout risk.
  • Invoice and dispatch dates: effective date handling was corrected for two-step sale invoice and dispatch workflows.
  • SOH journal accuracy: stock-on-hand journal sign handling was corrected so COGS and SOH movements are posted in the correct direction.
