Proxy Material Locations + Project Console Material Insights

• Proxy material locations: support has been added for proxy material locations, enabling more flexible location relationships where one location can represent or draw from another stock location.
• Parent and proxy location management: users can view and edit parent/proxy relationships for material locations from the location management screens.
• Proxy-aware stock logic: supporting stock-level checks and transaction handling were added around proxy locations, so inventory behaviour can account for the configured location relationship.
• Project material metadata: Project Console material views now expose richer material metadata, helping teams understand material requirements and availability from the project screen.
• Longer material descriptions: material item descriptions now support up to 4000 characters, allowing more detailed product, purchasing, or handling notes.
• Purchase order keyboard handling: pressing Enter on purchase order entry now adds a new line instead of submitting the form, reducing accidental submissions during order entry.
• Purchase order credit Xero links: Xero URL construction now correctly accounts for purchase order credits, so links point to the right accounting context.
• Material item archive controls: archive buttons and dependency checks were improved, including support for non-depleting items and better checks where a material item is used in sale lines.
• Project task counts: task accordion headers now count completed tasks against leaf-task totals, avoiding inflated totals caused by parent/non-leaf tasks.
