The integration between Tidy and Xero is partially bidirectional. It syncs customer data from Xero to Tidy and allows product-to-account mapping from Tidy to Xero.

Yes, both purchase orders and sales invoices can be sent directly to Xero. There's also an option to send them in draft mode if preferred.
Yes, you can assign different Xero account (codes)
Yes it can. To do this, the Xero account must be of the type 'Current Asset' for it to appear in Tidy and be available for syncing.
